Agenda:

1) Sign extended contract with Hiland Water.

After years of service to his community, board Chairman Larry Russ has forewarned the board of his intentions to provide a letter of resignation for the purpose of having more time to enjoy his retirement.

2) Appoint a replacement for the expected resignation of board chairman Larry Russ.
3) Vote on new chairman of the board based upon the expected resignation of chariman Larry Russ.
